Residents and their invitees shall observe posted parking regulations and shall park in designated parking areas. Residents shall not use the parking lots for the storage of used automobiles, boats or trailers, inoperable vehicles, abandoned vehicles, or vehicles that are not legally licensed. Auto repairs of a major nature or oil changes are not allowed on the parking lot. The landlord has the right to have vehicles towed away at the resident’s expense.
