|Recommended: YesI've lived here for a year now and have never had a problem. When I submit a maintenance request they show up the very next day and I never have to remind them to come back and finish something they started. They're required to post pictures in the portal for the request to prove it's been done correctly which has been SO nice. I love living here. It's a great price for the amount of space I have.

|Recommended: YesLove ❤️ living here. I've been here for 18 years. It's always had good lawn care. Repairs are always done in a timely manner. It also has a beautiful swimming 🏊♀️ pool that is maintained daily. 😊

|Recommended: YesI just renewed my lease for the first time with Delaware on Primrose. Overall, I do like living here and enjoy being able to call this place home. However, there have been some issues with management since I moved in. As other reviews state, the biggest concern is the lack of maintenance. I do not know if this is due to how maintenance employees are treated payed but I have lived in other properties that have consistent maintenance employees because it is a well payed and desirable job. I do believe if they have an issue maintaining maintenance workers, they need to look at how to make their experience better so they don’t want to leave. Overall, I do love my apartment and think it is a great place to live, but there are significant issues with communication between tenants and property management staff that I hope are addressed as I continue living here.

|Recommended: YesI just signed my 17th lease with Delaware on Primrose Wooten Apts…I’ve enjoyed a good working relationship withthe Managers over the years…Always a prompt response for maintenance issues. The amenities have been great My children, grandchildren great grandchildren have thoroughly enjoyed. The complex is within walking distance of many store, shops restaurants. The dog park has been a nice addition…

I have lived here for four years and i also love that it is in walking distance to many restaurants and stores, the gym, the mall, and parks and on the bus line. Also next to beautiful peaceful residential neighborhoods.
