|Recommended: YesMy girlfriend and I have lived her for a long time and won’t be going anywhere anytime soon time soon. Close to what we need and cheaper than most. Office ladies are nice. Maintenance is slow, but it is what it is.

|Recommended: YesI like living here. Easy to get around. Nice and quiet. The managers come and go, but they are always very nice. Maintenance is good when we we someone. I know they are all doing their best though.

|Recommended: YesI have lived in several different apartments since I got back to Missouri. This is the only one l've liked this is the only one I wanted to stay at. Delaware at Primrose Apartments seem to be more of a Community that an apartment complex. I really love my two bedroom apartment that has two two full baths and a patio and I actually have a lawn. Does swimming pool area and the grounds are well kept up. I also like the floor plan. The people that live here are Very Nice I really didn't want to move and I'm so happy that the new landlady gave me a deal.. I hope I can live here for many years.

|Recommended: YesWhen I moved in I was super excited that it has everything I was looking for, plus it's close to everything. Places to eat, shop and so much more. The complex has holiday contests to decorate, it's fun. Its a quiet and fun place to live
