|Recommended: YesI have lived at Delaware on Primrose apartments for 6 years. They have a pool,a dog park, basketball hoop, and slides and swings. It is a nice place to live. U need to come and look and apply for a one bedroom.

|Recommended: YesCurrent resident — I have lived here close to seven years and in that time I haven’t had any major problems. There has been an occasional issue with things getting taken care of quickly but otherwise it’s been great.

|Recommended: YesDelaware on Primrose g102 — I have loved this place after moving into a 2 bedroom. They also have a fenced in dog park, pool and fenced in mini playground and a basketball hoop. We have been through a few managers and the upkeep isn't too bad except for weeds everywhere. The mowers have broke 2 patio doors. Anyone that is experienced in this u mow away from the building. They apparently don't know how it's done. I have went through several managers . I have lived here for 6 years. I love it. I have a mini schnauzer mix. He loves to go to the dog park and play with his friends
